Voucher

Vouchers are issued and redeemable in-store only at Healthsupp Fort Lauderdale. Vouchers are not valid online or at any other location unless expressly stated by Healthsupp in writing.

Voucher issuance and redemption are based on the pre-tax subtotal of eligible merchandise purchased in a single transaction (“Eligible Subtotal”).

Unless otherwise specified by Healthsupp, the following are not eligible for earning or redeeming Vouchers:
• Gift cards
• Services (if applicable)
• Deposits or special orders (if applicable)
• Shipping, delivery, or handling fees (if applicable)
• Taxes and other government fees
• Any items expressly marked “excluded” at checkout or in-store signage

Healthsupp reserves the right to determine which items are eligible or excluded at any time.

Vouchers are issued based on the Eligible Subtotal in a single, qualifying in-store transaction:
• $5 Voucher: Eligible Subtotal $49.99–$99.99 (before taxes)
• $10 Voucher: Eligible Subtotal $99.99–$149.99 (before taxes)
• Additional Value: For each additional $50.00 in Eligible Subtotal, customers earn an additional $5.00 in voucher value.

Voucher value is calculated based on the final Eligible Subtotal after all discounts, promotions, and price adjustments, but before taxes.

Vouchers may not be issued retroactively for prior purchases.

To redeem a Voucher:
• The customer must complete an in-store transaction with a minimum Eligible Subtotal of $49.99 (before taxes).
• Vouchers apply only to eligible merchandise and may not be applied to taxes or other excluded items.
• Limit one (1) Voucher per visit / per transaction. Vouchers may not be combined (“stacked”) with other vouchers in the same transaction.

Vouchers:
• Have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or change.
• May not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged.
• May not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond verification, except where required by law.

Vouchers do not expire. However, Vouchers remain valid only while the Voucher Program is active. Healthsupp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Voucher Program (and/or these Terms) at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where legally required, changes will apply only prospectively.

If a purchase that earned a Voucher is returned or adjusted, Healthsupp may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law:
• Declare the issued Voucher void if the adjusted Eligible Subtotal no longer meets the earning threshold; and/or
• If a Voucher has already been redeemed, deduct the Voucher value from any refund or issue any refund as store credit.

Returns are subject to Healthsupp’s return policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Healthsupp may refuse issuance or redemption and may void any Voucher in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:
• Altered, copied, duplicated, counterfeit, or illegible Vouchers
• Attempts to redeem multiple vouchers in a single transaction
• Any activity intended to manipulate spend thresholds or voucher value

Healthsupp is not responsible for printing errors, typographical errors, or system errors. Healthsupp reserves the right to correct errors and adjust voucher issuance/redemption in a fair and reasonable manner, to the extent permitted by law.
