We currently ship across the United States only. Stay tuned — international shipping options may become available in the future.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days 7 days a week (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship with the most cost-effective or fastest option available based on your selection at checkout. This may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Local Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at our Fort Lauderdale location. Just select “Pickup in store” at checkout and wait for the confirmation email before coming by.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@healthsupp.com within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Sales are finals

We want you to be completely satisfied, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product (our fault)
  • Expired product (our fault)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered items
  • Buyer remorse or wrong item ordered
  • Delays caused by the carrier
